Serving with love.Leading with faith.
Leadership at WIN Ireland is about shepherding people, making disciples and serving the church family with humility and integrity.
THE HEART OF LEADERSHIPPeople first.
People first.
Christ at the centre.
Across our local congregations, church leaders and volunteers help families grow in faith, find community and serve their neighbours.
Pastoral care, prayer, teaching and mentorship are important parts of our commitment to discipleship and relationships.
